Product Returns and Repairs
All products to be returned to our service department require a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#). Goods should be returned in their proper packaging. Commercial invoice (and packing slip) should state – for repair, no commercial value. All products come with a standard 12 months carry-in Warranty; unless otherwise specified or agreed. In case of carry-in warranty replacement has to be done by customer’s engineer and for on-site warranty our engineer will replace/attend the complaints at site. To obtain the Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to shipment to our service department please submit a Return Authorization Request by filling the form here below-
